The staff were all very courteous and dignified I was amazed at how quickly it all was and the lovely treatment when having an ECG very dignified thank you.

There were three outstanding nurses * Sadly two personal whom I perceived as brusque and business-like dragged my score down Irupatient with the patient. (*Top job=go, Olivia and Monika)
Suggested improvements
I queued at Adcu (?) for 25 mins only to find out I should go straight to ward 2. Registered at entrance-but they did not have me on their list! Sat and waited whilst some confusion reigned (no hand sanitizer no clean mask, no temperature taken). Then taken to ward 2, saw consultant and anesthesia than told I should not be there but in wald 10! No the beside stairs.

All staff were very polite, friendly and kind. I was kept informed throughout my whole stay at R.O.H. post OP care excellent.
